- Responsible for the development of KPI’s and reports regarding Sell-Out, mainly focused on e-commerce (Amazon, Shopee). Keeping up with the sales performance, possible ruptures and identifing points of action.
- Implementation of the Faber-Castell B2C sales website, company’s main inovation and reporting sales performance.
- Keep up with client’s performance, products in line and launches, positivation evolution of all the sales team
- Keep up with the revenue of the main product categories, analysing the current fiscal year evolution versus previous results (considering pre and post pandemic periods), budget and production estimatives.
- Support regional managers on decision making.
