This involved creating a consistent design language and visual style that could be applied across various digital products, including web applications and mobile apps. The design system ensured a cohesive experience for users and facilitated faster development and deployment of new features. • Designed a platform for the Amazon DSP program to optimize and digitize vehicle insurance registration. The platform aimed to streamline the insurance registration process for Amazon Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), enabling them to quickly and easily purchase insurance coverage. As part of this, I conducted user research, designed the user interface, and collaborated with the development team to deliver a high-quality product that met the needs of the end-users.

Chain of Custody: A mobile app and desktop dashboard that allows for seamless tracking of traveling pets. eLOTO: A mobile and web platform that helps aircraft maintenance technicians keep track of maintenance schedules. FreightScan: A mobile app and desktop dashboard that provides real-time tracking of cargo containers at the airport warehouse. eCLR: A digital platform that automates the cargo load report paper process. HOME AA: A platform that calculates the time it takes for flight crews to get to the airport from any given hotel. Hotel Hub: A web platform that simplifies the booking process for hotels for flight crews. By leading the creation of these platforms, I've enabled employees to work more efficiently and effectively, resulting in increased productivity and improved user experience.

Here are some highlights of my contributions: I designed Redbox's Mobile app, which allows users to reserve movies at the Movie Vending Machine. The success of this app drove the design of all other touchpoints, including the Kiosk UI, TVOS, and www.redbox.com. This ensured a consistent and cohesive user experience across all platforms. I played a key role in the introduction of Redbox's Loyalty program and On Demand Streaming features in the app. This involved collaborating with stakeholders and conducting user research to identify the best ways to incorporate these features into the app while maintaining a seamless user experience. I led a design refresh for the Kiosk UI, which involved introducing Redbox's new branding. This helped to modernize the look and feel of the kiosks and bring them in line with Redbox's updated branding guidelines. I collaborated with the UX Research team to conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design updates on all touchpoints. This ensured that the user experience was continually improving and meeting the evolving needs of Redbox's customers. Through my work on these projects, I have helped to create a more enjoyable and seamless experience for Redbox customers across all touchpoints. My passion for UX design and attention to detail have allowed me to create meaningful improvements that have positively impacted the user experience for millions of users.

Here are some highlights of my contributions: I spearheaded the initiative to digitize Intel's Server Manuals into a mobile app, allowing maintenance technicians to access all product documentation from the convenience of their smartphones or tablets. This greatly enhanced the ease and convenience of finding and utilizing server documentation, improving the maintenance process for Intel's servers. To further enhance the user experience, I created 2D illustrations and 3D renders of the servers and their components. These diagrams allowed for clear and concise visual communication of assembly instructions, simplifying the maintenance process for technicians and reducing the risk of errors or mistakes. Through my work on this project, I was able to significantly improve the experience of maintenance technicians at Intel, making their jobs easier and more efficient. My passion for UX design, attention to detail, and ability to understand the needs of the user allowed me to create meaningful improvements that positively impacted the daily work of maintenance technicians.
