Jan. 2019 - Jan. 2021As a Lead Salesforce Consultant, I played a key role in implementing Salesforce products and CT Software products. The key priority was to assess the customers' business challenges and the success outcomes and then design the solution that would continuously deliver against these success outcomes. During the development and go-live stages of the project, I lead the team of consultants, developers, and Q&A engineers to deliver the outcomes in a world-class fashion. - After quickly getting accustomed with Salesforce and CT Mobile, joined a demo team that mainly specialised in US pharmaceutical
companies. After analysing the US pharmaceutical market, was one of the key members in developing a custom architecture and processes for sample accounting for the US market. Was the key member in winning a number of high level projects, including Merz and Sanofi. - Working with Salesforce components, configured CT Mobile, a full featured offline sales solution based on Salesforce, based on client requirements, both for consumer goods and pharmaceutical companies around Europe and North America. - Took charge of writing demo scripts, as well as successfully presenting demos to key stakeholders, including clients and Salesforce executives. - Was the team lead in the project for Ipsen CHC France, whereby successfully developed and implemented Salesforce and CT Mobile based around the complex ordering module and discount calculation. - Lead the L’Oreal France project of migrating to CG Cloud managed package and adapting it to CT Mobile. Responsibilities included: liaising with the L’Oreal and Capgemini development teams, CG Cloud analysis and improvement, development of user stories and sprint planning, development of functional design documentation, and business and technical processes development.
