We specialize in nervous system regulation, stress recovery, emotional wellbeing, and restorative wellness through services such as sound healing, somatic breathwork, vibroacoustic therapy, mindfulness-based coaching, meditation, and wellness education.
Our space was designed to feel calming, grounding, and restorative. Alongside wellness retail products, we offer both private sessions and immersive group experiences that support the mind, body, and spirit. In addition to our studio offerings, we also provide workplace wellness programs, Lunch & Learns, private group events, and community wellness experiences.
At Lifted Soul by Elysium, we believe healing and transformation happen when people feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance from the inside out.

As the wellness director I executed development, design, implementation, and evaluation of the corporate wellness program. Using health promotion standards to reach employees across the country, including OTR Drivers and refinery service employees who have physically demanding occupations and limited access to healthy food choices and are away from their families for long periods of time. Supporting the health and wellness of our workforce, and establishing a system to assist all of our employees with their health and wellness goals through education and engaging activities. The program is designed to produce a positive ROI and help the company grow by retaining employees, reduce turnover due to poor health, and assist with obtaining lower insurance rates over time.
