Developed and iterated the programme and project business cases in accordance with 5-case model and advised other programme and project directors and BAU team leaders on the approach to theirs. Approaches approved by Programme Board and formally adopted by the Legacy IT Portfolio Board for wider implementation across DfE's legacy IT portfolio. Identified and mapped interdependencies across the legacy IT portfolio. Seconded to DDaT spending review team to provide benefits modelling for legacy IT and security portfolio bids.
