Jan. 2009Founded Kits4Kids International in 2009 with a mission to make high-quality, international-standard education accessible and affordable to Madagascar’s middle-class families. Today, Kits4Kids is widely recognized as a leading English-speaking school in Madagascar, known for its rigorous academics, innovative curriculum, and global outlook. Personally designed and developed the school’s K–12 curriculum, the Pioneering Leaders’ Pathway integrating best practices and benchmarks from leading international education frameworks and project-based methodologies. Pioneered an inquiry- and project-based learning approach school-wide, enabling students to become critical thinkers, problem-solvers, and globally-minded leaders prepared for real-world challenges. Launched Madagascar’s first BTEC Level 3 International programme in Business and Hospitality, a UK-based vocational qualification that offers students a practical, hands-on alternative to traditional academic routes. BTEC Level 3 is recognized by universities and employers worldwide and equips students with the skills to excel in both higher education and industry—making it a groundbreaking option in Madagascar’s education landscape. Kits4Kids was also the first school in Madagascar to offer International Schools’ Assessment (ISA) evaluations through ACER (Australian Council for Educational Research), enhancing benchmarking and international academic credibility. Oversees strategic planning, compliance with international standards, and supervision of academic staff; led continuous professional development and workshops to maintain instructional excellence. Fosters a school culture centered on character development, leadership, and innovation—where students are encouraged to go beyond academic success and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
