What I delivered:
Treasury & Accounting: Led the global rollout of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) for 20+ international entities. I secured global bank connectivity (SWIFT) and automated multi-billion dollar payment factories.
Shiptech & Bunkering: Managed the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Group’s fuel procurement solution (mission-critical for global operations).
GreenTech: Directed the build of CO2 emission engines and ESG reporting tools using Snowflake to drive the decarbonization roadmap.
Vendor Steering: Onboarded and managed strategic Tier-1 partners (Infosys & IBM) to execute high-scale cloud migrations (AWS).
