Jan. 2013 - Apr. 2015Prague, LuxembourgStrategic HR partner for client group within engineering organization (approx. 300 employees remotely located in EU&US ) Country HR Manager for Czech republic and Luxembourg (approx. 210 employees) Main duties & responsibilities : Works with client group to plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the client’s human resources needs. Working closely with senior leaders and managers provide expertise and hands on support in multiple areas including: headcount planning, career development, on boarding and employee retention, employee relations, organizational development, management coaching, performance management and change management. Keeps up to date regarding business challenges and strategic direction. Uses HR and business information to consult with leaders and develop appropriate HR strategies and solutions. Assure that the HR plans support, align with, and assist in the achievement of key business strategies. Provide key contributions in talent planning and assessment processes, including talent reviews, succession planning and capability assessments. Proactively identify needs and concerns by observing employee, team and leadership behaviors and events assessing key HR data and business performance. Coach leaders to improve their effectiveness and results, especially related to people leadership responsibilities. Provide HR policy guidance in Czech and Luxembourg environment.
