Be the Custodian of all marketing communication and retention strategies with a particular focus on customer experience and conversion. Also, responsible for designing and managing a successful, sophisticated and segmented CRM plan and player matrix that could be executed through a personalised customer lifecycle journey. Having the focus on retention strategy and planning, this role also requires a great deal of cross-functional work with UX, Product, Web and Mobile development, Customer Service, Creative and Digital teams amongst others to drive innovation and ultimately a unique betting experience.
