Welcoming, assisting and handling customers’ inquiries to include but not limited to: accreditation, registration, check-in, ecc.
• Management of agendas and spaces for visits and meetings to include but not limited to: scheduling of meeting and conference rooms, auditoriums, speakers preview room and cloakrooms.
• Welcome and reception of groups at the airport, transfers, corporative dinners, cultural visits, sport events, training workshops and team buildings events.
• Translation for exhibitors in trade fairs
• Coordination of hostesses teams, logistic and administrative support to other departments.
