Aug. 2013 - Feb. 2018Timonium, MDAs the Branch Service Coordinator my number one priority is Customer/Agent Satisfaction. Agent satisfaction is provided by making sure supplies are readably available, trainings are offered on a consistent biases, support is available when needed and commissions are processed in a timely manner (within 24-48 business hours). Customer satisfaction is provided through a live person on the phone with each call and a friendly greeting when entering the office. I also assist my Branch Vice President with recruiting, office events, onboarding new agents, social media sites and maintaining our systems & files. My job also entails; ordering supplies, maintaining stock, handling both 1st class and bulk mail, maintain office training calendar, maintaining conference room reservations, disassociations, office procedures, running reports, A/R & A/P for office and managing the maintenance for the office & equipment. At this time, I am currently providing these services to my Branch Vice President and our 80 agents!
