I am a highly accomplished and adaptable customer/member service and administrative support professional, currently serving as Administrative Coordinator, Member Services at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. With extensive experience across diverse industries, I am recognized for my commitment to detail, resourcefulness, and responsiveness. I consistently deliver high-quality results that meet client needs and add meaningful value to any organization.Alongside my professional career, I am also building a part-time freelance practice as a French–English translator, continuously refining my linguistic, cultural, and communication expertise.Outside of work, I am deeply engaged in community advocacy. I volunteer in support of electoral reform and proportional representation in Canada; promote clean energy initiatives, especially the advancement of safe, reliable nuclear power; and champion official bilingualism and improved services for francophone communities nationwide. I also advocate for better, evidence-based mental health supports and harm reduction approaches that save lives and strengthen communities. I also promote better recognition of the essential role played by human language professionals for translation and interpreting needs across all industries and fields. I also take a strong interest in Canadian defence policy and the importance of modern, resilient national security institutions — particularly as they relate to global stability, peacekeeping, and Canada’s responsibilities to its allies.My blend of professional experience and personal commitment to positive change enables me to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups, and build constructive, durable partnerships — always with an eye toward a more equitable, informed, well-protected, sustainable future.
