With options to exit every 3 years. - Taught myself specifics within the BCA to understand building construction requirements. - Managed the full project lifecycle, including drafting & submitting my own architectural plans and securing Council DA approval. - Timelined the project to completion date, coordinating any onsite trades with daily/weekly catch ups. - Sourced competitive tenders for HVAC, Electricial, Water and Fire & implementation. - Designed and installed a commercial-grade kitchen compliant with local council regulations. - Developed and submitted food, beverage, & alcohol licencing compliances.
