About Us Since 2008, Proposal Invest Limited has brought together a team of experts across various information technology fields to drive innovation and support fast-growing start-ups on their journey to global expansion. In 2021, the Proposal Invest team fully transitioned to Alesium, a company based in Cyprus. Our goal has been to help companies rapidly scale and succeed internationally by tailoring their projects to different markets, establishing robust internal operational processes, attracting seed capital, and ensuring compliance with global standards. Our success is reflected in numerous projects that have become major players in their respective niches on the global stage. Through our efforts, institutional investors have backed these ventures, efficient internal infrastructures have been established, and skilled teams have been built—resulting in sustainable growth and long-term market presence. Since 2008, our primary focus has been Ukraine and Cyprus, where we have successfully set up first-class offices for companies operating globally from these regions. We have created fully functional R&D centers, bringing together IT specialists worldwide, and equipped local professionals with the necessary training to manage them independently. In 2015, we expanded our services to include the direct management of remote R&D offices for international companies and provided consulting to enhance operational efficiency and optimize costs. The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 prompted us to play a crucial role in organizing remote work processes and ensuring seamless operations for our clients. As of 2021, our team has been increasingly focused on investment opportunities, leveraging our extensive experience to identify and support promising ventures across a range of industries.
