Sep. 2015 - May. 2018- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document requirements for systems, processes, and projects. - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and prioritize business needs and requirements. - Manage stakeholders, scope, estimations, and timelines for the production of business requirement documents and other project deliverables. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, project status, and deliverables. - Translate business requirements into clear, concise, testable, and accurate user stories, process flows, and other artifacts as needed. - Assist in identifying, evaluating, and recommending solution options that meet business objectives and requirements. - Advise stakeholders on areas of ambiguity, conflicting requirements, and potential risks. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality, and user-friendliness of system enhancements and developments.
