Aug. 2018Lebanon- Building a Facility strategic plan for long term needs and short-term requirements - Developing Service Level Agreement and evaluating the conduct and outcome of the work through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) - Assign and schedule work tasks with other facility technicians in a team-oriented environment, and perform initial evaluations of building systems and distribute work assignments. - Evaluate team members’ individual performances to ensure quality operations, and investigate any accidents caused by team members, and prepare relevant reports. - Coordinate and follow up on preventative maintenance an corrective maintenance for Civil and MEP trades - Coordinate and assist in repairs involving Civil works (masonry, plaster works, painting and carpentry ), electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. - Review and maintain maintenance logs and maintenance budgets, and complete any documentation necessary to the completion of a task. - 24X7 helpline, one point contact for all hard and soft maintenance - Facility condition assessments - Asset capturing, bar coding and CMMS management - Capital Planning & budgeting - Scheduled and Preventative Maintenance (MEP + Civil) - Energy Management solutions and implementation - Workflow & Maintenance Management - Management of specialized subcontractors - Facility Asset Lifecycle management & Strategic planning - Capital needs assessment & execution of all MEP and civil works - Monthly reporting & yearly budgeting
