Represented Executives in a professional manner, always keeping the organization’s interests and goals in mind. - Coordinated and ran quarterly All Hands on Deck meetings and weekly trainings, assessing appropriate platform depending on participants and meeting structure and goals. Managed all details: meeting announcements/invitations, logistics, webinar facilitation, reporting, replay. - Completed expense reports for Executives and audit reports submitted by Sales team. Served as contact point for travel and administrative policies. Provided training when needed. - Transitioned teams to SharePoint collaboration for quarterly Ops reviews, weekly deal reviews, daily tasks and organizational reference.
