• Developed wireframes, prototypes, and final UI in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CC; applied human-centered principles, usability testing, and iterative feedback to optimize journeys. • Championed design system governance, component libraries, accessibility (WCAG), and consistent standards across platforms for scalable experiences. • Facilitated knowledge transfer through documentation, frameworks, and team sessions to elevate design maturity.
• Managed intake of design requests via Jira for the UX team: triaged and prioritized incoming requests from product, marketing, compliance, and business stakeholders; established clear intake criteria, triage processes, and backlog grooming sessions to ensure high-value work was addressed first, reduce scope creep, align efforts with strategic priorities, and improve team velocity and cross-functional satisfaction.
