This included implementation of a new operating models, governance structures, processes, tools and reporting. * Contributed to transition projects to achieve delivery on time and on budget, working with a variety of workgroups in terms of capabilities and geographical locations. * Proven expertise and experience in Due Diligence activities, Transition Planning and Preparation, Transition Execution, Steady State Turnover and Stabilization * Responsible for managing the Scope, Budget, Change Management and Delivery of the project * Designing and applying solutions/policies that would meet or exceed functional, operational, performance, analytical and security requirements while minimizing technical risks in implementation * Supervising ITIL Process including Asset Management, Service Level Management, Issues Management,Risk Management, Scope Change Management, Release Level Management * Ensuring that the goals of the Incident Management process are achieved, restoring normal service as soon as possible based on customer perspective and within defined SLA * Keeping a keen track over the utilization of existing resources and manpower, planning targets, monitoring numbers and achievement of overall targets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
