My architecture features: LightRAG Framework: Entity and relationship-based storage for multi-step queries and deep root-cause analysis. Cost-Efficient Infrastructure: AI agents integrated with Google Colab and Google Drive for zero-overhead deployment. L2 Escalation Agent: Dynamically constructs Elasticsearch DSL queries based on specific issue tags to filter and retrieve exact organizational logs. Performance Tracking: LangSmith integration for continuous evaluation of agent logic and metrics. My core passion lies in applying practical AI to replace expensive, routine B2B/B2C workflows with intelligent, cost-effective automation.
