In this hybrid role, I worked at the intersection of marketing data strategy & event operations, ensuring both back-end systems and guest-facing experiences reflected the level of excellence expected from a luxury sports travel brand. On the marketing / CRM side, I managed our global database across multiple travel consortiums (Travel Leaders, Signature, Serandipians, Altour, GTC, etc.), ensuring that all contacts were correctly classified by persona, agency and account type. I also maintained our post-travel database, making sure clients referred by travel advisors were accurately assigned for targeted marketing and partner recognition.
