Led five sales managers and approximately 30 employees, including a dedicated coordinator team (led by one of my managers) until 2020. The role included both strategic and operational responsibility for growth, efficiency, and development of teams and leaders. • Led the alignment of SMB departments, building a shared culture, structure, and working methodology
• Introduced Lean and Scrum to boost efficiency, customer value, and continuous learning
• Real Estate SMB increased repeat purchases of add-on products by 97% through experimentation and rapid learning cycles
• Contributed to over NOK 24 million in annual new revenue from 2021 onward through smart customer segmentation and data-driven sales
• Delivered 27% revenue growth across verticals
• Integrated a major part of the Job vertical into the SMB portfolio, establishing FINN as the largest SMB player in the Nordics
• Created a holistic SMB strategy with clear direction, goal management, and local adaptation
• Developed leaders and teams with a strong focus on trust, ownership, and a growth mindset
