Aug. 2005 - Jan. 2006- Leader Business Analyst in the Post Production (Post funding) Process Reengineering Program, an enterprise wide effort to redesign the business process of various of the Post Production departments (Loan Sales Administration, Warehouse operations, Capital Market, Treasury, Record Managements) in order to better meet business objectives;
- Responsible for administering the work effort for any project phase deliverables as delegated by the project manager
- Assisted the Project Manager in developing project documentation (work breakdown structure, scope statement, project schedule, project reports);
- Assist PM in creating and distributing various project documents required by IT
- Participate in project team meetings and assist in documenting action items, user requirements, and project schedules.
- Conduct project team meetings to define, validate and review project documentation (i.e. issues matrix, flowcharts, use cases, context diagrams, and uml diagrams).
