AD worked closely with the main design office to develop performance-biased concepts into ready to race packages. Recent work that is not sensitive includes numerous Hydraulic component, ERS system components, fuel pumps, brake calipers, Steering wheel design, DRS and as well as using simulation tools for analysis. Design of both metallic and composite components. Previously worked in the group Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS) group and was involved in designing the complete cooling system, bespoke Williams Energy Store (Battery) and manufacture and test of MGU. Also lead in the installation of the Williams supplied KERS system to Marussia F1 in 2013.

Used Solid Edge to carry out modifications to the larger machined components and checking for tolerance issues, by building up the 3D assemblies. Running the systems through reliability tests; which helped to decipher which variables must be considered when running tests of this nature.
