-leading Management meetings for OEs
-preparing presentation & tracking tasks for Management meetings
-actively promoting and influencing continuous improvement ideas, proposals and knowledge.
-identifying opportunities and process gaps. Proposing ideas for implementing processes and best practices for the business
-monitoring results, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions
-managing changes proactively in different business areas
-preparing customer service offer and tracking the approval accordingly
-ensuring charge back for implemented projects
-monthly review of network capacity reports, create customer summary presentation
-weekly review of operation reports
-preparing ad hoc reports and analyses
