Meet with owner representative to sign off on change orders and implement on project and with affected trades. * Initiate Sub-contractor change orders when applicable. Minimize costs to project with approval of owner or approved contingency adjustment. * Produce the following and additional reports on a monthly basis: * Bi-weekly project report * Weekly invoice approval * Owner change order log * Executive summary * Acceptance schedule * Construction safety audit
