- Develop strategic and operational recommendations to increase customer satisfaction, churn reduction, and clients' loyalty.
- Develop analyses of customer journeys, identifying pain points and promoting improvements in their treatment (digital and physical journey).
- Analyse team's projects results and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with the project goals and all stakeholders, keeping roadmaps clear and help to shape product backlog.
