Oct. 2012 - May. 2023Washington, DCI lead two teams of coordinators, install and disconnect, who support the ordering and disconnection of Type 2 fiber optic circuits throughout North America. We work with carriers and customers, as well as other internal groups, to provide multiple levels of post sale support related to the successful delivery and disconnect of fiber-based Layer 2 (PTP, VPLS) & Layer 3 (DIA) services. I am responsible for all of my own new hire training and take pride in quality over quantity. I manage to a company established Installation SLA. I am highly experienced in both outside and inside plant construction activities including, but not limited to, requirements gathering, project planning, approval processes and procurement. I work to provide my team with the guidance and support they need to be as successful as possible in what they do.
