I am a service designer with an architecture and digital product design background. I have 4+ years of experience applying design thinking to make sense of complex systems. My work combines ethnography and participatory design, using empathy to listen actively which allows me to notice small details and translate them into impactful insights. I enjoy working on operations and systems, figuring out how things work, how they can work better, and how ideas can become practical realities. Driven by curiosity and collaboration, I adapt quickly, learn as I go, and consistently go the extra mile to deliver my best work. Across all my projects, I aim to bridge people, places, and systems towards designs that are thoughtful, grounded, and transformative. I have successfully contributed to the operations of design system in a startup that helped reduce design cycle to less than 10 days. I also supported in reducing product discovery and purchase decision time in a B2B marketplace platform.
