Throughout my career in Human Resources, I thrive in fast-growing environments that require me to build and innovate. In my previous role at Semaai, I played a key role in structuring HR processes, developing SOPs and policies from scratch, performance management tracking for the sales team, and helping to shape HR KPI strategies. Collaborating with our HR team in India, I also contributed to aligning People & Culture initiatives with company goals.
In talent acquisition, my main responsibility was handling end-to-end recruitment on a daily basis. I also managed mass hiring efforts across Central Java and Yogyakarta, organizing walk-in interviews, job fair, and establishing partnerships with government agencies to ensure efficient manpower fulfillment. Beyond hiring, I led employee engagement initiatives, executing creative company events such as holiday celebrations, national day commemorations, and company retreats to strengthen workplace culture.
My experience extends beyond HR into cross-functional project management. I led the offline marketing project in collaboration with Digital Marketing, Commerce, Product, Data, Design, and Field teams, executing strategic campaigns that were closely monitored by C-level executives. Additionally, I managed corporate training programs, including onboarding sessions and product knowledge refreshers for the salesforce. I have experience organizing events such as Toko Tani Training in partnership with our external stakeholders, while also serving as the event’s master of ceremonies (MC).
I also played a pivotal role in corporate communications and employer branding, overseeing social media management, bilingual content creation, and corporate news publications. Furthermore, I developed and maintained the company’s Intranet and Internal Education Hub to ensure structured access to company resources and facilitate internal communication.
