•Supported the change and communications strategy to ensure an engaged workforce whilst we went through the change – creation of a communications playbook with a clear narrative, key messages, countdown communications linked to integration, templates for comms to target audience internally and leaders deck for townhalls, team communications etc. Worked closely with the Head of Communication End-to-End HR Processes:
•Supported the change for the End-to-End HR function; from Talent&Organization to Reward and Benefits, and Culture Management
•Supported the Reward&Benefits analysis and implementation of key reward changes to align Arivia to Upfield
