Managed the fulfillment of agreed terms and conditions for specific accounts (contract controlling) and developed account strategies based on business needs. - FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE: - Analyzed ledger data to compare landed revenue/cost against forecasts and targets, prepared reports on landing positions and variance explanations, and investigated ad hoc discrepancies. - Conducted revenue and cost analysis to optimize Gross Profit on contracts. - Managed the RoadMap to track new revenue/cost opportunities and risks, and forecasted revenue/cost for upcoming periods. - Oversaw billing and invoicing, initiated debt collection efforts, and reported outstanding debts relative to DSO targets. - Handled signing and backlog processes, including revision and certification. - Prepared ad hoc reports and conducted analyses as needed. - OPERATIONAL PERSPECTIVE: - Produced PMR (Performance and Health Report) to assess contract performance. - Generated the Operational Matrix, a monthly audit report. - Created Risk & Issue reports to reflect contract risk management on a monthly basis. - Managed customer claims, work at risk, and SLA compliance. - Oversaw contract governance, including contract changes, RFS (Request for Service), and PCR (Project Change Request). - COST PROJECT: Initiated a personal project to consolidate relevant data, aiding colleagues in understanding cost backgrounds for more accurate forecasting and analysis.
