Dec. 2015 - Jun. 2018Makassar dan Sekitarnya, Sulawesi Selatan, IndonesiaThe main job description of this position is to ensure Gudang Garam's business (cigarette brands) is growing and achieving its annual target by doing marketing activities on Makassar Region (Sulawesi Selatan, Sulteng, Sulbar, Sultra, Maluku, Papua province) growth revenue from 2 billion to 30 billion on 2018 for one of Gudang Garam's brand To achieve the task, RMM needs to : 1. Create annual objective for the marketing activity on this region by a. analyzing the Makassar market from internal and eksternal data (include the government data) b. Analyzing the organization and support capability especially the marketing team in this region c. write down the annual portfolio plan d. Discuss with the Sales team (Regional Sales Manager) e. Cascade the annual portfolio plan to Area Marketing Manager and team. 2. Propose the idea and the budget to Top management (GM, director, and brand management team) based on annual forecast/assumption situation. 3. Execute the plan and monitor the result from the report given by team (marketing analyst and finance) 4. Work closely with RSM to ensure the sales target and growth achieve. 5. Work closely with Brand Management and Gudang Garam marketing activation team (OOH, event, SPG team) to ensure the brand needs, inisiative, and activitiy were executed and fullfill. also the area or region needs were informed and supported (collboration) 6. Work closely with Busines Development, and Channel management team (Head Office) to ensure the marketing activity and sales target and problem is ahieved and solved 7. Work closely with people development specialist to ensure the marketing organization has its capability to execute. 8. Discuss and monitor intensly with the procurement team due to the quality support fullfilment. 9. Review the result by internal data and field visit in weekly basis. 10. Report and present the result to top management weekly to monthly basis.
