I have combined my two passions Business and Fishing. I work with my clients of 6 Key areas of their business: Strategy Finance Sales and Marketing Operations Systems and People. We have a simple 4 Step Process to help our clients achieve their desired results. 1. The client completes our Chart Your Course assessment, this identifies exactly where the client would like to be within the next 3 years. 2. Then we utilize our proprietary TAB Focus Software to do two things for our Clients. First it helps establish where they currently are and then it provides the KPI's and action step steps to add additional revenue and profit to the business. 3. We work with our client to establish short term goals (90 days) and identify tasks that are required to complete those goals. We also identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to determine is the team is on track. 4. Lastly our clients join our Accountable Boardroom. Our Accountable Boardroom is a trademarked process that assist our clients know where they are, where they are going and what steps the need to accomplish to get there. we finish up the day with some fine whiskey as well. I love to use fishing analogies to help my clients easily understand the concepts needed to be a successful business owner. I have a 9 step strategy that will help any business achieve success.
