This role also involves serving as a key liaison between the General Manager and various stakeholders, designing and coordinating events, addressing challenges and scheduling issues raised by guests and team members, organizing and coordinating documentation to be signed and formalized, processing expenses, managing payment invoices, and providing comprehensive administrative support. Additionally, I was responsible for leading internal projects, including overseeing the design and implementation of new staff uniforms during the integration process with the Fairmont brand. Also coordinating social value initiatives, contributing to the development and execution of the equality plan, and played a pivotal role in managing the extensive training process required for the brand integration.
