I am responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across 32 European markets. I lead a dynamic marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand and market presence both on- and offline. Key Responsibilities include: Strategic Marketing Leadership: - Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.). - Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Brand Management: - Ensure brand messaging is clear, compelling, and cohesive across all marketing and communication platforms. - Lead initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and customer engagement. Digital Marketing & Innovation: - Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media. - Explore and implement innovative marketing technologies and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends. Team Leadership & Development: - Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team. - Manage marketing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively. Customer Experience & Engagement: - Champion a customer-centric approach in all marketing activities. - Implement programs to increase customer retention and lifetime value. Collaboration & Communication: - Collaborate closely with the sales, product development, and R&D teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. - Represent the company at events and industry conferences.
