I work at the intersection of leadership, strategic development and governance in the arts and cultural sector, leading through moments of complex decision-making and change. My professional journey to date has included extensive work as an orchestral musician, freelance project support, instrumental tuition and coaching. In my present role at the Irish Baroque Orchestra I have been responsible for curating and overseeing the annual Dublin HandelFest since its inception in 2021.
