My role at Carbon Neutral Homes as Director of Sustainability is to oversee the specification of the buildings and the material choices to ensure these fundamental targets are met and can be easily proven to avoid being another "green washing" developer. I also manage with the research, development and deployment of building fabrics and energy generation, storage and management technologies which are owned by Carbon Neutral Homes, giving the company a unique position in the UK property development market.
