This included meeting with focus groups to understand individual skills, knowledge, skill and ability gaps. Learning experiences I developed included outside and in-house guest speaker sessions, Sharepoint L&D portal, and a variety of online and live learning experiences and resources. • The Compliance, Ethics and Integrity Office improved learning operations and data management under my guidance.
