• Our regulatory and compliance learning management was not functioning optimally, and had a scope that was too narrow, so I created new processes, procedures, and adult learning management and training in the global corporate compliance space.
• I utilize interactive, gamified, engaging training methods that work cross-functionally to create a multi-use ecosystem of user experience data which contributes to risk predictive analytics, while employees gain behavioral understanding of corporate policies and Code of Conduct.
• I am the architect and execution strategist for DOJ mandated, global corporate compliance learning for 100k salaried and agency employees, JVs, Wholly Owned Subsidiaries.
• As the first Learning & Development Manager for the Office of General Counsel (OGC), I developed a global learning ecosystem for our legal division and Alliance partners. This included meeting with focus groups to understand individual skills, knowledge, skill and ability gaps. Learning experiences I developed included outside and in-house guest speaker sessions, Sharepoint L&D portal, and a variety of online and live learning experiences and resources.
• The Compliance, Ethics and Integrity Office improved learning operations and data management under my guidance.
