The study expanded on work done by the Commitment to Equity Project (CEQ), led by Nora Lustig of Tulane University and the Inter-American Dialogue, provided an alternative fiscal incidence framework and focused more generally on public and expenditure structures and trends in LAC countries and benchmarking via best practices. o Mexico Policy notes on Medium Term Fiscal Challenges and the Overview chapter for the new administration, Mexico Concept Note – Analyzing Long Term Fiscal Challenges and design of Fiscal Risk Management Development Policy Loan Project.
