Since middle school, I’ve felt a deep attraction to psychology—a vivid curiosity about how we think, feel, and relate to the world. Over time, this calling transformed into a professional path guided by the desire to understand myself and the complexity of human nature. My doctoral studies focused on theory of mind—that subtle mechanism through which we imagine and interpret the thoughts, emotions, and intentions of others. This research helped me gain a deeper understanding of human relationships and the role of empathy in healing and personal reconstruction. I strongly believe that people have an extraordinary capacity for inner regeneration. Just as the Phoenix rises from its own ashes, we too can transform suffering into strength, confusion into clarity, and wounds into starting points toward a more authentic version of ourselves. In my work as a psychotherapist, I aim to offer a gentle and welcoming space where each person can sit with themselves, listen to their story, and confidently begin the journey of their own rebirth.
