• Negotiated and implemented HCM, from Paychex to ADP and then to Paycom, without any disruption to employees.
• Managed, maintained, and administered all business insurance plans, workers' compensation, Life Insurance, AD&D, LTD, and STD.
• Managed and administered the 401K and Pension.
• Advised Board of Directors' Compensation Committee on Compensation and Benefits study results; provided an interpretation of analytics. Condensed grading scale, set overall compensation & incentives/benefits strategy for both senior-level employees and staff.
• Created Succession Plans and Replacement Plans for Senior Level Staff.
• Successfully navigated DOL audit of 401K resulting in no fines/fees levied against NMMA.
