- Executive Support: Assist the employer with task management, deadline reminders, and
schedule creation to ensure consistent progress.
- Program Support & Insights: Contribute ideas, input, and feedback on posts, challenges, and
community initiatives.
- Client Personalization: Track and update members’ personal preferences, noting when
additional 1-on-1 support is needed.
- Process Management: Manage spreadsheet-based task and to-do trackers to streamline
operations and enhance accountability.
- Digital Tools Proficiency: Active knowledge of Zoom, Slack, and other communication and
collaboration platforms to facilitate smooth remote operations.
