My role as the Personal Assistant to the CEO is not limited to management supporting activities such as creating and controlling purchase orders and invoices, being in contact with suppliers and merchants and managing the office but includes also the Logistics sector where I assist and represent the Logistics manager in import and export related tasks. I organize national and international shipments, communicate with our 5 warehouses (CH, UK, FR, ES, HK), assist with stock controls and provide shipment related documents for worldwide transfers. Furthermore I support the Sales Manager in processing orders and translating customized offers for our high wealth clients. Another main aspect of my work is the connection to IT-related tasks. Being reference to our IT department I do the testing of our internal management system, applications and new functions, report bugs and help to recognise any kind of anomaly to guarantee a perfect workflow.
