.- Created the Regional Business Planning process (S&OP), Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Shipment Planning, reducing working capital by 12%, and Demurrage cost by 25%.
.- Improved the Regional Transport & Distribution controls, executed multiple Tenders in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Chile. Overall Transport Cost reduced by 10%.
.- Installed regional Safety programs, including International Maritime transport. Several Regional Transport conferences organized, sharing best practices on SHEC. Distribution Incidents reduced by 75%.
.- Improved Warehousing and Inventory Management, for 20 Logistic Centres in LATAM, and 9,000 SKUs. Introduction of bandwidths reduced the stock by 20 Mill USD.
.- Implemented a Customer Service Centre for South cone LATAM (Chile, Peru, Argentina), improving the Order to Cash process and reducing the overall cycle time by 40%.
.- Implemented more than 12 Lean Six Sigma projects for Supply Chain in the entire region; average yearly savings 4.5 Mill USD.
.- Managed Global Transformation Projects: changes on Transport mode for Ammonia Nitrate from Russia to LATAM, with 5 Millions USD savings/ year identified. Re-design new packing modes for Boosters, reducing Transport cost by 12%.
