• Scrum Master, Lead & Organize Scrum Ceremonies for Project Team, Establish standards for agile artifacts such as Personas, User Stories and/or Story Maps. Organize and lead story grooming and refinement sessions with the product owner and the tech teams that are impacted
• Assembles and manages the project team to ensure deliverables remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget
• Work with UI/UX Team to ensure the Business Requirements reflected in the UI. Review with UI/UX team and document and changes I see and changes from the business. • Works with technical management and other IT and business resources on project planning, solution design and technical architecture, solution development, implementation, and post go live support/stabilization
• Prepares and maintains all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Manages project issues and risks with necessary mitigation, escalation and backup plan
• Prepares project status reports and executive presentations to present process improvement solutions, business case, and project progress
• Manages project scope by enforcing change control procedures
• Defines and present business cases for proposed projects
• Follows industry standard SDLC processes in alignment with company SDLC policy including waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, as appropriate • Ensures compliance of projects/solutions with key U.S. Silica controls (e.g., Sarbanes Oxley)
• Works with IT leadership to define the support model for new systems and facilitates transition of the new system from project resources to support resources
• Lead QA/Test efforts for the agile team with internal test execution, inclusive of documenting
results, managing and tracking defects, and trouble-shooting issues that arise out of testing
