Civil Engineer with a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC, Barcelona), specializing in integrated water resource management, hydraulic design, hydrosystems, sustainability, climate change adaptation, and nature-based solutions.
