In my role as Audit Director, I manage strategic relationships with C-level executives, serving as a trusted advisor on financial, regulatory, and internal control matters. I execute business strategies by identifying and shaping opportunities, expanding client portfolios, and ensuring services meet both firm standards and regulatory requirements. I have led and supervised high-complexity audits for national and international clients under IFRS/ISA, directed multidisciplinary teams, and promoted a culture of excellence, professional ethics, and talent development.
My sector experience spans industrial manufacturing, automotive, commercial services, agribusiness, forestry, luxury goods, wineries and beverage production, and real estate/land management. I am also an accredited specialist in sampling, a trainer in IFRS, audit methodology, and tools, a technical champion for audit technologies, and an active participant in network practice and quality reviews.
This experience aligns closely with roles requiring coordination and execution of cross-regional audits and collaboration with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and global service providers. I have hands-on experience nominating auditees, launching and managing audit processes, supporting risk-based sampling, addressing partner queries, and tracking progress to remove roadblocks — all while maintaining strong attention to detail and documentation standards. I am accustomed to independently driving audits, resolving issues within complex cross-border environments, and partnering with leadership to update policies and procedures in alignment with compliance requirements.
