Provide hands-on leadership by coaching, mentoring, and supporting project engineers, field technicians, designers, and installers throughout all project phases. Manage subcontractor procurement and performance, including reviewing proposals, submittals, and contracts, and supervising assigned staff and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Lead coordination meetings with owners, contractors, and stakeholders to align on project scope, schedules, budgets, performance, and close-out deliverables. Skilled in integrating technical and business requirements for security systems including Access Control, CCTV, Video Analytics, and Radar Detection, ensuring projects meet operational, safety, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop drawings, schematics, and system documentation using AutoCAD and Visio, while implementing industry best practices and driving efficiency, accountability, and measurable results. Known for a hands-on leadership style, strong problem-solving, and the ability to balance technical, financial, and client priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
