I led all the stages of implementation such as planning, design, building, deployment and monitoring, for big scale projects such as the Mexican 2017 Fiscal Reform and the deployment of SAP Real Estate, making Telefonica Mexico the first operator within Telefonica Group to implement this module. In this role I also spearheaded the integration design for this and other projects, which required interactions between SAP, our BSS and other legacy systems such as Salesforce, Remedy and Service Now.
